For shipping within The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (Benelux)
Orders received on working days before 2pm will be shipped the same day, if products are in stock. Delivery will take place 1 - 2 days after shipping. If products can not be shipped from stock, we will inform you.
For international shipping / outside the Benelux
Provided that the product is in stock, shipping will take place as soon as the shipping costs are transferred. We will personally inform you on delivery times as they depend on the delivery address/country. For more information, please contact our customer service.
For deliveries in the Benelux we do not charge any shipping costs*. For countries outside of the Benelux, shipping costs will be calculated based on location, item weight and dimensions. We will advise shipping costs prior to sending your item(s).

* Long length cargo is excluded and will be charged
It is possible to pick up your order in Bemmel (near Arnhem and Nijmegen) in the Netherlands. Once your order is ready we will call or email you for an appointment.

Finishing the payment takes place in the secure environment of Buckaroo. After settling the payment and completing your order you will receive an order confirmation, and we will prepare the shipment.
When you place an order through one of our salespeople or account managers, we charge a €15 handling fee for orders under €750 ex. VAT.

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If something is not to your liking, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. In the event of breakage or shortage (number of units received is less than ordered) we will send you the products again as soon as possible. Excluded from warranty are:
We test all our Used & B-Stock products before they are sold. Used & B-Stock products come with a 30 working days warranty. This means that we repair or exchange your product for free, in case of a defect. If this is not feasible, or the repair costs exceed the value of the product, we will work with you to find another solution.
If you would like to register a return, please fill out the return form. You will then receive a confirmation email from us with instructions for returning your item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not been registered via the return form.
